These Terms explain the general conditions for using the Same Vibes website and services. They apply to the use of the Same Vibes website and to initial service communication, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Scope of service
Same Vibes provides legal support and coordination for international couples seeking official civil marriage registration in Portugal.
What we do not provide
Same Vibes is not a wedding planning agency. We do not provide wedding packages, symbolic ceremonies, event production, venues, decoration, flowers, photography or travel arrangements as part of the core service.
No guarantee before case review
Timelines, document requirements and registry availability depend on each case. We cannot guarantee a specific timeline, registry decision or recognition abroad before reviewing the relevant facts and documents.
Client responsibilities
provide accurate and complete information
provide authentic documents
inform us about previous marriages, name changes and document issues
follow document preparation instructions
attend the registry appointment on the confirmed date
pay agreed fees and external costs
obtain travel documents or visas where required
Fees and external costs
Service fees are agreed before work begins. Official fees, translations, apostilles, legalisations, courier costs, interpreter fees and additional legal steps are charged separately unless explicitly included in writing.
Recognition abroad
A Portuguese marriage certificate confirms a marriage under Portuguese law. Recognition or legal effect in another country depends on that country’s law.
